Yes. A bank decline is a product mismatch, not a verdict. If your situation doesn't fit their box, non-traditional income, LLC or trust ownership, a Montana LLC, or a high-value coach outside their appetite, they decline. That doesn't mean all lenders will. We work specifically with buyers whose situations fall outside the standard box. A prior declined application is information, not the final word.
